Recipes: Lemon Sorbet


  1. Boil water and dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
  2. Add lemon juice and stir. Wait to cool.
  3. Place mixture in lidded container in freezer for 2-3 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and beat again or if available use a handheld blender.
  5. Return to freezer until set. Serve in scoops.
