Recipes: Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice (juice of approx. 4 lemons)
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup water
- Boil water and dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- Add lemon juice and stir. Wait to cool.
- Place mixture in lidded container in freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Remove from freezer and beat again or if available use a handheld blender.
- Return to freezer until set. Serve in scoops.
