Recipes: Chocolate Sorbet
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups water
- Boil water and dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- Add honey and cocoa poder. Reheat until well mixed, but do not boil.
- Add chocolate chips and wait for them to dissolve.
- Place mixture in lidded container in freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Remove from freezer and beat again or if available use a handheld blender.
- Return to freezer until set. Serve in scoops.
